El gobierno electrónico en la administración de servicios públicos: un estudio bibliométrico

El gobierno electrónico ha transformado la administración pública mediante el uso de tecnologías digitales, promoviendo la eficiencia, transparencia y participación ciudadana. Sin embargo, su implementación enfrenta desafíos como la brecha digital y la falta de interoperabilidad entre sistemas. En este contexto, la presente investigación llevó a cabo un análisis bibliométrico sobre la producción científica en el ámbito del gobierno electrónico en los servicios públicos, con el objetivo de identificar los actores más influyentes, examinar las redes de colaboración y detectar futuras líneas de investigación. La metodología empleada se basó en un estudio bibliométrico utilizando la base de datos Scopus. Se analizaron 1311 documentos mediante el software Bibliometrix en R, que permitió evaluar la producción científica, redes de colaboración y tendencias temáticas. Los resultados indican que China, Malasia y Grecia lideran la producción en este campo, con autores e instituciones clave como Weerakkody V. y Brunel University. Las redes de colaboración evidencian una estructura bien consolidada en Europa y Asia, mientras que América Latina y África presentan menor participación. Se identificaron cinco clústeres de investigación emergentes, destacando el impacto del comercio electrónico, la autenticación digital y la adopción de tecnologías en la administración pública. El estudio proporciona una visión completa y actualizada sobre el estado de la investigación en gobierno electrónico. Esto contribuye a la generación de conocimiento estratégico para la toma de decisiones, el diseño de políticas públicas más efectivas y la optimización de la implementación de tecnologías digitales en los servicios públicos.
